Nov 31 06 - In the early hours of the morning today, breaking news shocked Imperial Citizens across the remnant. It has been discovered that members of the Rogue Brotherhood of Jedi have infiltrated the Phare System. While early information so far does not provide many answers, there are several important pieces of information we are able to bring you now. According to sources in TIE Corps Command, a large detatchment of troops, primarily IWATS Trainees, was sent to intercept an unknown number of Rogue Jedi on the planet Syf. While reports are still sketchy, initial information suggests that the Imperial Forces were completely annihilated, however, it is believed a small number of survivors made it off of the planet alive. When asked about these developments, TIE Corps Command had this to say. With the development of the Relentless entering the system, many believe the Rogue Jedi have little chance at living, the new Commodore of the Relentless has a reputation for destroying everything he comes across. Late in the editing of this article, we've also learned a final piece of information. Imperial Intelligence gave a brief statement about the situation. "Several days ago, Imperial Intelligence operatives aprehended two powerful Rogue Jedi on the planet Frigg. These two gentleman are still in custody, and thus far, our interrogation has been quite successful". With this development, it appears the fools running the Rogue Brotherhood have clearly lost their minds, and their power. Imperial Intelligence and TIE Corps Command contributed to this article. Antei, 1 Dec 06 - Fred the Seal Whispers of a new campaign reached the ears of the Brotherhood today on Antei. Reports coming in indicate that a large contingent of Clan Naga Sadow's members have left the Orian System, and made their way to the Phare System, the first known incursion into Imperial Space since the Exodus. While members of the Dark Council are either unavailable, or had no comment, we have discovered a few important clues to the situation. "They are on a mission, and I can say without any hesitation they are nowhere near the Phare System" Grand Master Jac Cotelin was quoted as saying, in an interview questioning the apparent disappearance of two of his Councilors, the Seneschal and Herald. Further more, listening posts have recorded imagery of the Spear, the personal craft of Muz Keibatsu, leaving the Orian System, on an apparant heading for the Phare System. Documents were also transmitted to the Dark Hall today, officially listing Niroth, Derev, Quaestor, House Marka Ragnos, Battlemaster, and De ath, Malisane, Quaestor, House Ludo Kressh, Warrior, as Missing in Action. While clearly there are mysterious things going on, we are able to speculate a few things. With the Consul and Proconsul of Naga Sadow away on urgent buisness with the Grand Master, and the apparant loss of both Houses's Quaestors, Clan Naga Sadow is clearly operating without leaders. This paper will not go as far as declaring a fact, but we believe that the Seneschal and Herald are not on some secret mission far from Phare, but in fact, in the Phare System now. Both Councilors have served as Quaestor of House Ludo Kressh and House Marka Ragnos respectively, and it seems only natural under these circumstances that these two would be missing. The apparant loss of Battlemaster Derev and Warrior Malisane come as a most disturbing piece of news, though it is the position of this paper that we will not give up hope until all is indeed lost. With two Dark Councilors in the system, we still have that hope. What does remain a mystery, is what exactly Clan Naga Sadow is doing. Imperial News Articles, that have been intercepted by and printed in this paper, have led us to believe a Task Force is now in or on it's way to the Phare System. With an Imperial Star Destroy and a support group, one must wonder how a single Victory Class Star Destroy can stack up against that. Interesting, perhaps, is the fact that the ship leading the task force into the Phare System, the ISD Relentless, is formerly commanded by Battlemaster Niroth, during his tenure in the Imperial Fleet. More perplexing, is that fact that Warrior Malisane is rumored to have spent a period of time aboard the Relentless, in a joint operation with Imperial Intelligence. |
