The Boondock Saints

This movie is about two Irish brothers who live in the city of Boston, (Sean Patrick Flanery and Norman Reedus ). After getting into a brawl with a couple of soldiers from the Russian mafia, the brothers have a "divine inspiration" into dealing with the criminal underworld: killing off as many of them as possible.

With the help of their friend (David Dellis Rocco), they begin with the Russian mob and work their way through the Italian mafia. Following their trail of massacres, FBI Agent Smecker (Willem Dafoe) begins to question whether to turn them in or join forces with the three.

This movie has a lot of action, gore, comedic moments and even an exploding cat. The movie breaks the barriers as to what is right and what is wrong, all the while providing an entertaining element to the viewer. A new version has come out. Unrated Special Edition, for the price of $20 USD. If you're one for action, then this movie has all ya need.

Mess with them and you mess with the whole family! *gulp*

Don't worry, we'll get to the 'truth' of the matter!

Star Wars: Empire at War

It's time for every Rebel and Stormtrooper to take up arms and conquer the galaxy. You're either a commander of the Rebels or the Empire, meant to help conquer the galaxy on the land and in space. You build up the fleets and ground troops then send them out to claim each planet.

You have the option of smuggling credits from the enemy, and stealing technology. One of the best qualities of the game is the Death Star. Granted it takes a while to construct it, but once it's built... it's only a question of which planets deserve to blow up.

All of the game takes place in the Original Trilogy. Sorry New Trilogy fans. You'll have to wait for the next installment to come out. It's a strategy-based game, kind of like the Empire Earth and Starcraft games. If this is your kind of drug, then grab a copy of it at your local game shop. It runs for about $50 USD.

If you have any games, videos, or books that you would like reviewed, please send an e-mail to Shikyo, at rurouni.nightmare@gmail.com.
